A $40 non refundable deposit is required for every appointment, no exceptions. Deposits are only allowed through Zelle, my Zelle is (wgcollazoo@gmail) or in person If you are pre booking at your appointment.
> Deposits are forfeited if apportionment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
>Deposits MUST be sent through Zelle the same day you make a booking. If not that appointment will be canceled.
No extra guests are allowed in the lash room but are welcome to wait in waiting area.
All services are non refundable if you are unsatisfied with a service I am more than happy to find a solution together that will leave you happy and satisfied.
After 1 No call No show you will be requiered to pay in full before coming in for another appointment.
Fills are only considered fills if it is within 3 weeks and you have at least 40% or your lashes.
A 10 minute grace period is given. If you are more than 10 minutes later there is a very high chance that your appointment will be forfeited it is very rare I can still squeeze someone in after the grace period.
If because on my end we need to reschedule I will give you my soonest appointment and work my absolute best around your schedule to accommodate for your best interest.
Clean Lashes are an absolute requirement if you have an excess amount of build up or infection your appointment will be forfeited and might result in a removal or cancellation.
I do not offer fills on foreign work. But I do offer removals.
Please do not come in if you are sick or have COVID. Please reach out to reschedule to preserve the health of everybody.
